At Cave Spring Vineyard we are part of a growing community of wine lovers sharing a passion for great winemaking. We strive to create one-of-a-kind events that are as pleasurable for the seasoned connoisseur as they are for those new to the world of wine.
In this spirit, we host a variety of experiences, from intimate wine and food pairings and al fresco vineyard tastings, to seasonal wine and culinary celebrations and winemakers lunches.
Beyond our two tasting rooms in Jordan Village and the Beamsville Bench, we also host or participate in a plethora of events in and around our region, across the country and in select international locales. From winemaker dinners to industry tastings and seminars, these events offer wine lovers a vinous exploration of Cave Spring Vineyard.
CAVE SPRING SUMMER SIZZLE

Location: Your kitchen! Join Cave Spring Wine Maker Gabe Demarco and chef’s Jody and Kirstie of The Culinary Studio as they reunite to celebrate the best of a sizzling summer with a virtual collaboration of food and wine. The hosts will walk through the preparation and pairing of two mouth-watering courses in what will be an informative, hands-on, and entertaining evening for two. Part interactive cooking class, part wine class!
